What is Sportsmanship: Sportsmanship is the ethical and moral dimension of sports. It is demonstrated by a number of attributes and attitudes such as fair play, respect for the rules and traditions of the sport and various traits of good character including integrity (abiding by the letter and spirit of the rules and concepts of honor); demonstrated respect for others including teammates, opponents, officials and spectators; accountability, self-control, and graciousness in victory and defeat.
We wish to thank all participating styles/clubs Instructors and parents for attending Sunday’s event and making it a great success for all.
Congratulation to all competitors for their fine sportsmanship they displayed throughout the day’s competition on and off the arena you all did your parents and club proud.
Our deepest gratitude to the QLD NAS Referees Board for your unwavering support of and commitment to the martial arts community in Southeast QLD and Northern NSW. Thank you, referees, judges, table officials, and staff, for making Sunday's event such a huge success. Without your support we cannot run our events.
Special thanks to all staff and helpers who all got out of bed very early to help set-up 6.30am for days event.
