Background:

Although Adam played many sports throughout his childhood, karate was something not thought of until much later. After seeing a friend achieve his Shodan with Shotokan Karate, Adam decided to try it out. It only took one lesson to get him hooked! He then joined Go-Kan-Ryu Karate and started training under Sensei Nabil Fanous and Shihan Stacey Karetsian.

Achieving his Black Belt in 1997, Adam took over as GKR Senior Instructor for the Canberra Region in 1998. Adam has gone on to train some outstanding karate-ka in Canberra and surrounding regions as the ACT State Coach (GKR), including many National Champions and one World Champion (WASO).
