National All Styles Martial Arts Tournaments

Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre played host to martial artists from all over Western Australia in the first round of the National All Styles (NAS) martial art tournament with more than 120 competitors attended the day's competition

With excellent numbers attending round two the day was set for a fierce day of competition.

Many of the competitors had the chance to shake of pre-competition jitters and checkout their prospective opponents at registration.

Martial art schools from all over WA, some having to travel a good 4 hours to attend the 2009 State Titles being held at the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre.  The tournament proved to be an intense one, with all attending hoping to qualify for State team selection to travel to Melbourne in November for the 2009 NAS National championships.
