The Courtyard by Marriott Surfers Paradise Resort is

These rates are inclusive of GST and are vaild per room, per night. These rates are vaild for occupancy on single, twin or double bases.
Additional Guest
A surcharge will apply for additional quests in the rooms when quests are over 16 years of age. A surcharge of $30 will apply per night based on exsiting bedding.
Resort Rooms - maximum of 3 adults allowed
Junior Suite Rooms - maximum of 4 adults allowed
Children up to 16 years of age can stay free of charge in the rooms based on exsiting bedding (breakfast additional).
Should any guest wish to stay in the hotel either before or after the event period, the above rate shall apply for three days prior to and/ or following the main event dates (subject to availability). Any guest wishing to stay longer than this three day period must re-negotiate his/her rate.

Breakfast
We are happy to offer a discount for all guests for a full buffet breakfast in our restaurant - Rez 252. This can be arranged when booking or can be paid direct to the restaurant when dining.
