Public Liability coverage which protects you from liability resulting from loss of or damage to property, and death or injury due to negligence.
Professional Indemnity Insurance coverage which indemnifies you against claims for breach of professional duty by reason of negligence by way or act, error or omission or advice.
Optional Personal Accident Insurance is an insurance that covers each individual player / student of your club whilst practicing or in competition. Whilst NOT compulsory, we do strongly recommend that all clubs insure their students for Player Personal Accident Insurance, as it provides insurance for most training related injuries, whereas your Public Liability will only cover injuries caused by the club’s negligence. This optional insurance provides, in the event of a claim, Death and Permanent Total Disability Cover, Non Medicare Medical Expenses cover and Loss of Income coverage. It is the usual practice that the premium costs are passed on to each of your students as part of their annual membership to the club.
