Regional Championship: September 7

Venue: Camden Haven High School

Please note the following instructions:

• Download the entry form and this instruction sheet from the website
• Fill in and send the entry form to:

       PO Box 1082,
       Port Macquarie
       NSW 2444

• Send your cheque for the total entry fees (entry costs below) made out to:

       Mr Fardell

• Return the entry form to Mr Fardell no later than one week before the event
• Keep this instruction sheet with you
• Be at the venue at 8.30am for check in (juniors), 10am (seniors)
• Competition starts at 9.30am sharp

Entry and spectator costs:

Seniors and Juniors:
1 event $38.00
Each additional event $12.00
Late entries will incur a $15.00 fee

Spectators:
Adults: $13.00
Children 6-16yrs: $9.00 (5yrs and under free)
Family: $30.00 (2 adults, 2 children)
