Round 2 August 19 at Leisure Time Centre, Belpost Hill

• Download the entry form and this instruction sheet from the website
• Fill in and send the entry form to: Mr Malcolm Ayles, 353 Torquay Rd, Grovedale, Vic 3216
• Send your cheque for the total entry fees made out to Mr Ayles (entry costs below)
• Return the entry form to Mr Ayles no later than one week before the event
• Keep this instruction sheet with you
• Be at the venue at 9am-10am for check in (juniors), 9am-11.30am (seniors)
• Competition starts at 10.00am sharp

Entry and spectator costs:

Seniors and Juniors:
1 event $34.00
Each additional event $11.00
Late entries will incur a $15.00 fee

Spectators:
Adults: $10.00
Children: $8.00
Family: $25.00
